  • Judo was created by Prof. Jigoro Kano who established the very first Judo school called the Kodokan in 1882. The techniques of Judo were derived from Jujitsu, the hand –to-hand combat techniques of ancient samurai warriors. In creating Judo, which mean “the gentle way” in Japanese, Prof. Kano succeeded in create a safe and challenging sport which is now practiced throughout the world and in the Olympic Games. Judo is known for spectacular throws (67 techniques,) as well as specialized pins (7 techniques,) arm locks (10 techniques,) and choke holds (12 techniques) designed to subdue an opponent. Judo instruction under Sensei Kei will emphasize safety, full physical activity for top conditioning, and expert preparation for competition for those who want to test their skills.

  • Hung Gar Fu Hok Kung is a 4,000+ year old system that has become one of the most respected and sought after systems throughout the world.

    It’s training concepts which is steep in morality, rigidly traditional, and uncompromising in pre-serving as near as possible to the standards of Shaolin Kung Fu training.

    The Hung Gar system was designed to strengthen the body and bones and the respiratory system through a training format of low strong stances, hand sets, and weapon forms, including internal training exercises through breathing.

    This is Hung Gar Fu Hok Pai or the tiger, crane pugilism of teacher Hung.
